Oksana V. Bellas is the Founder and Chief Organizing Maven of Order Matters. She holds an MBA and has many years of experience in operations and management of organizations.

In addition, Oksana’s creative energy, attention to detail, and extensive event-planning expertise has helped create a multitude of magnificent events for individuals and nonprofit organizations: from kids’ parties to large gala events for over 500 guests in New York City.
